STUFFED AUBERGINES


Azi iti propun o noua reteta usor de realizat, satioasa, numai buna pentru masa de pranz. Cred ca-ncet, incet o sa ma transform intr-o gospodina veritabila; chiar incepe sa-mi placa sa gatesc.
Abia astept sa ii dau lui Dodi numai mancare din casa si sa experimentez tot mai multe retete. Prajiturelele si dulciurile, in general, vor fi preferatele mele; deja am incercat o reteta de prajitura vegana- a iesit delicioasa si cred ca acest tip de desert reprezinta o varianta mult mai sanatoasa pentru orice copil. In primul rand sunte realizate numai din ingrediente naturale: nuci, seminte, unt de cacao, fructe si, cel mai important, nu contin zahar ci miere sau sirop de artar, etc.
Azi parca toata ziua a decurs intr-un ritm mult mai accelerat... Suntem pe ultima suta de metri cu organizarea evenimentului de sambata asa ca fiecare ora e pretioasa in aranjarea ultimelor detalii. Aseara mi-am scris un speech pentru ca, desi iubesc sa vorbesc liber, vreau sa nu uit sa punctez toate subiectele pe care mi le-am propus. Si, mai mult decat atat, nu cred ca a vorbi in fata a 60 de persoane se poate lasa fara emotii si genunchi tremuranzi :)))
Inca un lucru pe care vreau sa ti-l dezvalui azi: intentionez sa raspund o data pe luna la toate intrebarile care-mi sunt adresate pe blog asa ca, daca ai vreo curiozitate anume, nu ezita sa lasi un comentariu cu intrebarea ta. 
Te pup si-ti doresc o zi de marti perfecta, fara 3 ceasuri rele!

This is the recipe I've tried today and I can tell you it's a delicious, nourishing and easy to make one.
All you need in a couple of medium size aubergines, one onion, 500 gr of fresh tomatoes or 2 cans of pealed tomatoes in sauce, 200 gr of minced beef, condiments (salt, pepper, chili and tarragon), 300 gr of mozarella cheese and one spoon of olive oil.
Scoop out the aubergines and cut the content into small cubes; meanwhile put some oil into a sauce pan and add the chopped onion, the aubergine content and the minced beef. Stir until meat is cooked.
Add the tomatoes, spices and stir until the bolognese sauce is cooked.
Fill it into the scooped aubergines, add some mozarella on top and put them into the heated oven (180 Celsius degrees) for 20 minutes.
That's about it, hope you enjoy this recipe. I've found it delicious!

  2. Arata delicios! E genul meu de reteta, trebuie sa o incerc cat de curand. Chiar in weekend vorbeam cu mama despre faptul ca am putea face niste vinete umplute, sa mai variem felurile de mancare,insa nu am avut o reteta anume. Acum am. :)
